Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal (not instant)
  • 1/4 cup flax powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (I used a bourbon barrel aged one)
  • 1/3 cup toasted chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a bowl, and mix thoroughly to combine
  • Allow mixture to rest in the fridge for 30-60 minutes. This makes shaping the balls easier!
  • Shape a heaping tablespoon of mixture into a ball
  • Keep in fridge for up to two weeks

Notes

if you're running into issues forming the balls, add a little butter to your hands!
