This wing sauce is absolutely to die for, and once you add in some grill marks they’re *chef’s kiss* perfect!
Ingredients
- - 3 lbs chicken wings
- For the Marinade:
- - 1/2 c. soy sauce
- - 2 tbsp ketchup
- - 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- - 1 tsp. garlic chili sauce (found in the Asian section of the grocery store)
- - 1/2 c. brown sugar
- - 3 tbsp honey
- - 2 garlic cloves, minced
- - 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger, or 2 tsp. dried granulated ginger
- - 1 limes worth of juice
Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients until both the brown sugar and honey have been dissolved
- In a large plastic storage bag, put the wings and 1/2 of the marinade. Put in the fridge for an hour to overnight.

- Heat remaining marinade in a saucepan over medium heat until it reduces by half.
- Remove wings from grill and toss in sauce. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
- FEAST!
