This mango salsa is super quick, fresh, and wildly delicious.
Ingredients
- - 1 1/2 cups chopped mango
- - 1 1/4 cups chopped tomato
- - 1/2 c. diced red onion
- - 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- - 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Take each mango and cut the fruit off from around the pit. Score each section horizontally and vertically (think avocados here), invert the fruit and cut off the now raised fruit squares.
- Dice tomatoes (about 2-3 medium sized ones should do the trick here) to the same size as your mango pieces.
- Combine all ingredients and let sit for 2-3 minutes so the salt can fully dissolve and begin to pull juices out from the fruit.
- Serve with tortilla chips, and your favorite beer!
